Please join us in celebrating America Recycles Day at Sahd Metal Recycling! Participants can anticipate a walking tour of behind the scenes visuals of scrap metal processing and recycling. This special event will display large trucks and machine handlers in action as they transport and cut metal on-site. Lancaster County Solid Waste will be here onsite with information and goodies to add to this fun event.
In addition, we will honor a special price of $0.70/lb on all aluminum cans brought to this event.
In honor of this special day, all participants will enjoy fresh Apple Cider, Whoopie Pies, Scavenger hunts and more! Be sure to register to be eligible for prizes! **Please wear closed toe shoes.
